Shipping policy

Orders placed before 12 pm (CEST) on Monday to Friday will be processed the same day*.

Orders placed on weekends and/ or on holidays, will be processed the following business day*.

*Please be aware that our delivery times are merely a guideline. Depending on time and location this can vary. Lord Lou cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to external factors. 

We ship worldwide.

Once your order has been processed, it takes approximatively 2 to 7 working days to be delivered depending on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched it takes approximatively 2 to 7 working days to be delivered depending on your location. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email to track the status of your order.

Our standard rate is $5. For orders from $100, shipping is free.

Based on your location shipping costs will be calculated at checkout once you fill-in your address. For UK, BENELUX, France and Germany, orders from €100 are free.

Duties for international shipping are not covered by Lord Lou. Any additional costs required upon delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Returns and exchanges

Everything we do at Lord Lou aims at making you and your pet(s) happy. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 days return policy on applicable products*.

Please note that return costs are at the customer’s expense.

- Returns must be completed within 14 days of reception of your item(s).
- All items must be unused, undamaged and in perfect condition.
- The package should contain original packaging and receipts.

*The following item is not eligible for return/refund:

- E-giftcards

We have a 14 days return policy after reception of undamaged items. If items are used or damaged, they can be returned to the customer. For more information, please refer to our Returns page.

To return your item please follow the following steps here.

If your item is damaged due to shipping or defect, we are happy to exchange your item or offer a coupon of same value to be used in our web shop. If your item gets damaged due to daily use, we cannot accept its return or exchange.
