Shipping policy

Lord Lou ships worldwide. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation receipt by e-mail. This receipt includes your order number and a tracking link to track the status of your package. Once your order has been processed it takes approximatively 2 to 7 working days to be delivered depending on your location.

Orders placed before 12 pm (CEST) on Monday to Friday will be processed the same day*.

Orders placed on weekends and/ or on holidays, will be processed the following business day*.

*Please be aware that our delivery times are merely a guideline. Depending on time and location this can vary. Lord Lou cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to external factors.

• Shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on geographical location.

*Import fees may apply. Duties for international shipping are not covered by Lord Lou. Any additional costs required upon delivery are the customer's responsibility.
