Ready to order your favourite Lord Lou item, but curious about shipping costs? Please read all about our shipping policy on this page.

Of course, we choose our shipping partners carefully to ship your item safely and securely. But we also make sure our shipping costs are as low as possible. The shipping costs will be added to your order total before payment.

Any customs clearance, import taxes or other costs are at the recipients’ own expense.

Tracking & Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with your Track and Trace code. You’ll be able to track your order from shipment to delivery. Usually, it can take up to 2 – 7 working days until you receive your items depending on the destination country*.

We ship our orders via our shipping partners DPD and DHL. In general:

  • Orders placed before 12 pm (CEST) on Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays) will be dispatched the same day.

 * Please be aware that our delivery times are merely a guideline, based on time of shipment. Lord Lou is not to be held responsible for delays, because of customs clearance, delayed or failed payments. Still, we do everything we possibly can to prevent your shipment from being delayed. 

Returns & Cancellations

Need to return or cancel an item? No worries. It happens to the best of us.

Please make sure of the following, before you return your item: 

  • Return or cancellation is made within 14 days from the receiving date (following the EU regulations).
  • Product is unused, undamaged and in a resalable condition.
  • The package should contain original packaging and receipts.

At Lord Lou, we care about our beautiful world. Please make sure you order the right item, by reading into the size guide and features of the product. This way we’ll prevent returns together, and keep our ecological footprint as small as possible. If you do decide to return your item, please note that shipping costs are at own expense.
